Stop. Think. Then Share: The Hidden Cost of Insensitive Media Sharing.

I'm pleased to share my recent article addressing the psychological impact of insensitive media sharing, now featured in both the Ghanaian Times and Daily Graphic.

These days, it takes just seconds to record something and share it with the world. But in that moment, we often forget to ask: How might this affect someone else? Behind every image or video is a real person, a real family, and real pain. We all have a role to play in protecting each other’s dignity. This article is a call for greater empathy and responsibility in how we engage with media.
